Location was the best. Walking distance to several restaurants, although we didn't need to use them, it was still an appreciated feature and I could totally see it being a lifesaver in another travel. The food preparation was on point and very much appreciated. From the free breakfast to the social evening spread, to the free cookies at front desk. Although being regular hotel breakfast selections, I could tell the food was thoughtfully prepared and we never felt like anything was missing (condiments, napkins etc). The patio area just outside the kitchen was totally functional and nicely decorated. Our little one enjoyed outdoor time there safely.

The people were outstanding in the hotel. We were there on thanksgiving until the Saturday. When we arrived everything was decorated for thanksgiving. Black Friday we went shopping early and came back to the whole main level decked out for Christmas. All people were great but there was a gentleman that checked us in that was exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast buffet was beyond anything I have seen at a hotel. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. The first day we woke up at six and everything was set up and ready to go. They even had a huge bowl of fresh fruit cut up, parfaits and anything else you could want.

Olivia

Great location with numerous bars and restaurants sharing the same parking lot. Wonderful Hot breakfast with all sorts of assorted eggs, bacon, sausage, roasted potatoes, fruits, pastries, cereals, yogurts, waffles, bagels , toast, cheeses, juices. Ten minute walk to SUNY Amherst campus for Alumni weekend. plenty of additional shopping, food choices in the area. Staff really friendly not just at check in but throughout stay. and Free cookies every day in the afternoons. Outdoor patio firepits and furniture are comfortable place to congregate and relax

Decent variety for breakfast, and the M-W Social Hour was great. Very flavorful food and nice variety. Wonderful Bites and Sips. We utilized the regular bed and sofa bed- both were comfy. Spacious and clean bathroom. Love the seating area. Also utilized the business center to print a much needed travel document. Also washed clothes. Thank you especially Linda, Mars and support staff Aaron.
